One car covered garage available for rent. Looking for $175-$200/month, open to discussion. Space is clean and recently painted. Automatic garage door. Garage is completely separate from owner's house. Current owner does not own vehicle so driveway has free and open access to garage. Image included is of actual garage space.
Owner would prefer that renter uses space for car, rather than storage.
