Steam fish salmon
By jessica on Friday, June 15, 2012
Salmon along is prefect good already. It has been used for sushi all the time. After the salmon is steamed, the meat is smooth. Eating the smooth soft meat with your favorite sauce is even better.
  1. Ingredients: 1 lb salmon, a few slice of green onions, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon wine, a little bit of salt, 1 tablespoon all purpose flour.
  2. Wash the salmon, then put it on a plate, put a little bit of salt on both side of the fish. Then put a teaspoon of oil on the top of fish.
  3. Steam the fish with a rack inside the pot, and put the plate on top of the rack. Steam the fish with high for 10 minutes, then 10 minutes with medium fire.
  4. Take out the hot plate carefully and let it cool down a little bit. Then spill out the soup from fish plate on a bowl. We are going to use the soup to make up the final sauce.
  5. Get a empty bowl, put a tablespoon of flour into it, add one tablespoon of water into the bowl and mixing them up fully.
  6. Preheat a wok, spill the fish soup into it, add one teaspoon of each: oil, soy sauce, wine, vinegar into the wok. Then add the mixed flour soup into the wok, stir and cook the soup about 1 minute.
  7. Spill the soup or sauce out the wok on the top of fish and add the green onions on the top, then it is done.
