图书馆借书逾期 捐食物可抵罚款

在图书馆有借书逾期罚款的民众有「将功赎罪」的机会，今年圣马刁县县立图书馆推出「食品换罚款」计划，民众只要在12月间带着可存放的食品到图书馆捐献，逾期罚款就可一笔勾销，去年这项计划募得超过3万磅食品。
