So many things are monopolies nowadays

I usually go to do shopping once every month to buy all general basic house items such as toilet papers, tooth paste and baby milks. Every time I go to the toilet paper section in the store, all the toilet papers are made by two companies ever there are more than two brands. I have no other choices. I must pick one of them even the prices of both have been raised recently. Same thing happen to infants milks, there are only two brands. The internet service providers in my neighborhood also only have two companies available. I believe there are many monopolies around if you look around.
