"Dividend money have been taxes twice, they should be taxed only 15% for income". "Taxed twice" is try to fool the public and get the tax loophole for super rich again. They said that this money has been taxed as corporation income, and they own the company, the company income tax consider of one time of tax, and personal income tax as another time of tax. That is not the right way to say that, they just try to fool the public. The real meaning of this law is like that, if you own the company, you only pay 15% for your income tax no matter how much you make. However, this law does not apply to all the private companies' owners whom also own their companies. They all have been taxed as high as top bracket. What about the employees of the companies, they are the ones who actually make money for the company, not the stock holders. All the employees' incomes also are taxed twice then. Should they also get only 15% on their income taxes too? By looking back how this law was passed, it is really sad too, it was added to the extended unemployment packages as a string during the tech bubble. In order to stop the public to complain about it, the package also allowed the congress to mail every tax payer a check about $500. But because of this law, the super riches save millions, or billions on their income taxes every years. How can our government debt not getting higher and higher.
