What is wrong to be rich?

"What is wrong to be rich?" of course, nothing is wrong to be rich. All of us want to be rich. However, how people get rich should be matter. Otherwise, it is ok to get rich by criminals. Creating laws to pay less tax for himself/herself is not right thing to do. How can a congressman who supposes to work for this country, but create laws to be benefited for himself/herself to be good? Getting rich by creating something that improves our country or the civilization, I don't think anybody has any questions about it.
