The Riches and the Poors

What about the middle guy? so far, there is someone fight for the poors, and the riches have their own money to fight for them. For example, the expansive meter parking spot, the poor don't driving the cars around because they can not offer it, and the riches never park in the meter, they only park their cars in the garages. Therefore, all this parking meters are only made up for the middle guys. This is only a very simple example. Many things around like that these days.
