Bubble Tea
By jessica on Thursday, November 10, 2011
The sago is gummy, smooth and chewable. Drinking tea along is the kind of lonely. This tea let you taste the tea with milk and at the same time let you have some chewing on the squeezed sago.
  1. Ingredients: 2 oz of sago, two tea bag, 12 oz hot water, 1 oz of milk, some sugar and ice.
  2. The sago need to be cooked before the drink is ready to make. The cooking time for the sago is kind of long. It usually takes about 20 minutes for the small one after they are put into the boiled water. The large one takes about 1 hour.
  3. Put the hot water into a cup which you can cover it up later for shaking. Then put the tea bags into the cup for about 3 minutes to make tea.
  4. Take out the tea bags from the cup, and then add the milk, sugar and ice into the cup.
  5. Cover up the cup and shake the cup about 15 times, and then put it into a new cup to serve.
