Steam pork ribs
By tom on Thursday, June 14, 2012
The meat from the rids is easy to chew off from dish. The juice on this disk also taste very good. My daughter always ask me to put the sauce from the dish on her rices.
  1. Ingredients: 1 lb pork ribs, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon oil, 1 teaspoon cooking wine, a little bit of salt, ginger, garlic and preserved black beans.
  2. Chop the ribs into pieces with 1 inch long
  3. Put all the ingredients except the preserved black beans on a plate, mixing them fully by hand.
  4. Covered up the plate with the plastic wrap and put it aside for about 1 hour.
  5. Uncover the wrap and spread the preserved black beans on top of the ribs.
  6. It will be cooked by steam, fill the pot with 32 oz of water, and put a rack into it, then put the dish the rack.
  7. turn the fire on high for about 15 minutes, then turn it down to medium for another 15 minutes.
  8. take it out, it is ready
