Juice Clams
By tom on Saturday, October 08, 2011
One of great seafood dish. It does not need a lot of effort to cook it. It only need a few spices to cook it. It really tasty. Especially for those who love seafood.
  1. Prepare: Buy two lbs of fresh clam from the seafood market. Put them into a bigger bucket and fill up the water to just cover them up. Add two tea spoons of oil on top of the water. Leave them along about one hour. Spill all the oil water and wash the clams by fresh water two times, then let the clams drain.
  2. Cooking: Heat up the pot for one minute, then put 3 tea spoons of oil on the pot and one tea spoons of salt on the hot pot. Then put the clams into the pot and flip the clams by bringing clams in the bottom of the pot to the top a few times. then add three tea spoons soy sauce and one tea spoons vinegar and add one cup 12 oz water into the pot.
  3. Continue Cooking: cover the pot and let it cook for about five minutes. It should be boiled. if not, cook it until the water is boiled in the pot. Take the clams out the pot when the water is boiled in the pot. It is ready to serve.
