Fry snap peas with pork

It is crunchy. Since it is fresh peas, it has the mixed taste of vegetable and beans.
  1. Ingredients: 1 lb snap peas, 2 oz pork, a little bit of ginger, a little bit of garlic, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon soy sauce, 3 teaspoons oil.
  2. In order to make it taste better, we usually peel a little bit off on both ends of the snap peas Look at the picture to see how much we usually peel off on both ends.
  3. Rinse the snap peas
  4. Cut the pork into small pieces
  5. Preheat the wok with high, then add 3 teaspoons oil into it. Also, add ginger, garlic into the wok and fry them a bit for about 30 seconds.
  6. Add the pork into the hot wok, and fry it about 30 seconds. Then add the snap peas into the wok. Also add the 1/4 teaspoon salt into it.
  7. Flip and stir them all together for about 1 minute.
  8. Add 2 oz water and 2 teaspoons soy sauce into the wok, then cover up the wok and continue cooking for about 4 minutes.
  9. It is ready.
