Fry pork chop with onion

The onion really taste good after it observe the juice for meat. After the onion had been cooked, it does not have the raw taste anymore. The pork is tasty with the smell the onion.
  1. Ingredients: 3 slices of pork chop, 2 medium side of onion, 2 tablespoons of oil, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of wine, a little bit of salt, a little bit of ginger.
  2. Cut each pork chop into 4 pieces, the cut the onions into small slices as look in the picture.
  3. Preheat the wok, add 2 tablespoons oil into the wok, and wait for about 30 seconds, then add the ginger and the pork into it.
  4. Fry the pork about 3 minutes, add the onion, 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of wine and a little bit of salt into it.
  5. Stir them and mixing them fully for about 1 minute
  6. Add 2 oz of water into the wok and cover up the wok up for cooking another 5 minutes.
  7. Stir it a bit, then take it out, it is ready
