Pumpkin is kind of like melon fruit. It does not taste very sweet with a lot of juice like watermelon. This dish has the taste of melon, and also like some kind of vegetable. Since the preserved black beans are added to the dish, it has the sour taste too.

Ingredients: 2 lbs of green pumpkin, 1 teaspoon of preserved black beans, 1 oz of pork, a little bit of garlic, 3 teaspoons of brown sugar. A little bit of salt and oil

Skin the pumpkin and cut them into 2 inches width, 1 inches length and 1/4 inch thin. Also cut the pork into small pieces.

Preheat the wok with high, after the left over water is dried off, put a two teaspoons of oil into the wok, and add the garlic and pork into it. Stir a bit.

Then add the pumpkin into the wok, stir and flip them for mixing up with the pork.

Then add 1/2 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon of preserved back beans, and 3 teaspoons of brown sugar into it. Stir and flip them for mixing up fully.

Then add 4 oz of water into it, and cover it up for cooking another 5 minutes.

Take it out on the plate, it is ready to serve.
