Ingredients: 6 eggs, a few slices of melon, 3 oz sugar, 1/4 cup of milk.
Break the eggs and take out the yolks to leave the egg white for use later.
Boil about half cup of water, then put sugar into the boiled water.
Put the fire on low until the sugar are melted fully.
Turn off the fire and wait until the boiled water is cool down. Then put the egg white into the syrup and stir it until the egg white fully mix up with the syrup.
Place the egg whites syrup in a bowl and steam it above water in the pot in high heat for 5 minutes and low heat for 5 minutes.
Take the steamed egg whites out and let it cool, then freeze it in the refrigerator.
