The best of this dish is the skin of the nuggets. It tastes like a potato chips, but with the juice from the fresh chicken.
-
Ingredients: 1 fresh chicken, 1/3 lb all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of salt, 8 oz of vegetable oil.
-
We only use the chicken breast from the chicken, so cut off the chicken breast from the fresh chicken, and cut it 1 x inches with about 1/4 inch thin. Then add a little bit of salt into it and mixing up with chicken fully by your hand. Put it aside for use later.
-
Now, it is the trick part, how to make the soup for the nuggets' skin.
Get a big pan, add the 1/3 lb of flour into it, add 6 oz of cold water into it, also crack two eggs into it, 1 oz of oil and 1 teaspoon salt too, stir them until they are fully mixed up.
-
Preheat a pot with high, then spill 8 oz of vegetable oil into it. Cook the oil about 2 minutes.
-
Then use a pair of chopstick pick a piece of chicken and dip into the flour soup fully, then put it into the hot oil to fry it.
-
Fry it until the color become dark orange, like the color in the picture, then it is ready to take out off the oil.
-
Put it on the plate, let it cools a little bit, it is ready to serve.
