It is Jello. It is tofu. It is egg. It is made out of egg buy not sweet. It taste like tofu softness and your mouth or tongue feel like you just ate a a piece of steak.
  1. Prepare: two eggs and a little bit of salt about 1/5 of tea spoon.
  2. Cooking: Crack two eggs on the bowl and add four eggs size of water(about 4 oz) to the bowl. Add the salt to the bowl too. Then stir the eggs until the eggs and water totally mixed up. Usually take about two minutes. You should not see the eggs anymore in the bowl, but just the uncooked egg soup.

  4. Cooking: Pick a pot which is bigger than the bowl which is holding the egg soup. Put about 24 oz water into the pot and put a rack on top of the water. Then cover the pot and heat it until the water is boiled.
  5. Cooking: Uncover the pot and turn the heater to low. then put the bowl with the egg soup on top of the rack. Cover the pot and turn the heater to high for about two minutes. Then Turn the heater to low for about five minutes.
  6. Serve: Take the cover off the pot and let it cool down a little bit. Then take the bowl out and ready to serve.
