Bacon is one of American most traditional food. All the people in my family love it, especially my children. They always ask me to cook bacon for them in the morning. This dish is bacon, but it is turkey bacon. I usually cook regular bacon which is made out of pork. Accidentally, I picked up a pack of turkey bacon from the supermarket one time and tried it. It is tasted almost same like regular bacon, but with less salty and oily.

Prepare:
A flat cooking pan, a pack of turkey bacon. If the bacon is taken out the freezer, it needs to be unfrozen before it is ready to cook.
Turn on the cooking pan to high, wait until the left over water in the pan dry off, then lay the bacon on the pan next to each other.
Flip them after about 1 minute of cooking on one side.
-
Repeat flipping them about 5 times as you did in the step 2.
After the bacon become brown, flip them more frequently, about 15 seconds.
Cook until the white bubbles show up on the bacon, then flip it one more time for other side to show the white bubbles, then it is ready and should be picked up out of the hot pan.
Put the cooked bacon on the plate with a clean paper towel for sucking out the oil.
Wait about 2 minutes to let the bacon to cool down a bit, then it is ready for yummy time.
