Another healthy vegetable dish. It is simple, easy and quick to cook.

Ingredients: one Napa Cabbage, 1 oz of dried shrimps, a few slices of ham, a little bit of ginger, a little bit of garlic, two teaspoons oil, a little bit of salt, 4 oz chicken broth(if you have)

Separate the leaves from the Napa Cabbage, rinse under the running water and drain. rinse the dried shrimps too. Cut the ham, ginger and garlic into small pieces.

Preheat the wok with high until the left over water is dried off, put two teaspoons oil, ginger, garlic and the dried shrimps into the wok. Stir them while cooking for about 1 minute.

Add the Napa Cabbage leaves into the wok, and mixing with the shrimps by stirring and flipping the leaves. Doing that about 1 minute.

Add 4 oz of cold water or chicken broth if you have, into the wok. Also add the ham and a little of salt into the wok. Mixing them up a little bit.
Cover the Wok.

Put the heat on high, let it cooks 5 minutes. It is ready to be served.
